This is a remixed track from the just released Hot Chip EP ‘We’re Looking For A Lot Of Love’. This remix itself doesn’t add much new sonically to the original track though it does provide a bit more of an improvised, live sound to the original mopey beauty that is featured on the album ‘Made In The Dark’. NoiseAddicts has a very nice post highlighting Kasio Kristmas and… it’s just that.
I actually collect old Casio keyboards and was happier seeing this post than I was thinking of Beyonce face down in a swimming pool with an empty bottle of vodka floating beside her.
Ok, so that last part was only a fantasy but I still wet my pants over this lovely find.
BTW, if anybody has one of these to painfully get rid of, please email me. We need to have a serious discussion on why I will not die happy unless I acquire one.
